The Denison Survey is a 60-item survey designed to assess an organization’s strengths and weaknesses as they apply to organizational performance. The survey serves as a diagnostic tool that has been used by over 1500 organizations globally. By using the Denison Survey, companies are able to benchmark their organizational culture against a global database and develop an action plan to improve their current practices.
The Denison Survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. It is available in 20 languages.
